| Noodle Bowl Recommendation
I visit the Vietnamese grocery stores in the area now and then. The last time I went I bought a bowl of noodles by Nissin called Nissin Bowl Noodles Hot & Spicy Beef. Oh my! So very good. Not fiery spicy but a nice heat. There are three packets of spices, veggies and the "booster" with the heat. Dehydrated veggies and one was cabbage. I now plan on dehydrating some cabbage for prep's storage. I think then next time I'll have some left over shrimp on hand to add to the soup. |

YES………… Those are SO MUCH BETTER than Raman noodles.
I get them when I get the chance to stop at a Korean grocery.
It is a ways away so don't get there often.
Used to buy them by the case when I would take my Son shopping.
He kinda/sorta lived on them at his college dorm.
Enjoy

There is a certain kind the twins like – Hot and Spicy Chicken and it comes in a wrapped styrofoam bowl. Not sure if it's Nissan or who makes it – LOL – I'm not very observant, I've bought it several times but I pick it out by the size and color of the bowl. Fred Meyer or the ethnic store carries it up here.

The ones I get from the Korean store have 3 or more asian languages on the bowl.
The bar code and what little manditory English info is on a sticker that is put on later.
They are realy good !
Of course I can't read any of the labels, and the only Korean I speek is
Hello, how are you

Opsrto you are hilarious!
I've learned how to make Ramen edible, add some meat and leave out the seasoning packet. I take a package of ramen, doesn't matter what brand, either toss or save the seasoning packet, break up the ramen as I prefer it that way, and add some canned chicken to it while it cooks. I opened a 6oz. can of chicken in water the last time, drained it, then put half of the chicken in the pan with the noodles. Good and way less salty than when you add the seasoning packet. If you want a "Cup 'O Soup", or whatever it's called, type of meal add some mixed veggies to it.

I lived off Ramen for 6 months when I first got out of the Army. And I do mean lived.
But now, I can actually make it edible
Do the noodles as directed. Grill some chicken, Usually a leg/thigh quarter, debone and skin, toss it back in the skillet, add some mixed veggies, toss in peanut oil, garlic and noodles, stir and sprinkle a bit of teriaki over top with some crushed red pepper. Quick and easy since the chicken is usually a piece left over from the day before

Family Dollar where I was had those bowls of noodles. I did get one and have not tried it. Nissin Chow
Mein with shrimp. But one can buy dried shimps and the shrimp powder. Last time I ate Ramen noodles I started breaking out and I tossed it out. I think the seasoning pack as never broke out with them before I think. I do not have any hear and use noodles in chicken soup and so on.
